The wave, not as long as Anchor Point is still quite fast and will require a good "down the line" equipment.

Moroccan champion surfs here and he’s very happy - sings while he surfs!The best place to leave kit is with a little guy next to the telegraph pole at the start of the pier (locals leave bags with him and he’s friendly and trustworthy - give him a few dirham and he will smile a lot! The life guards/fire service who are generally on the harbour wall are around all day and blow whistles if they want attention - ask them about the tides and dangers in the water. Locals are friendly and happy to surf with anyone they will show you where is best if you ask nicely! - Many couples around and be careful wearing shorts to the beach - very Muslim.
