Thai Muang Beach

It was breaking nearly on the beach. We went during falling tide. The waves were fast and steep, compared to other areas around it (e.g. Khao Lak).Park anywhere on the beach, but perhaps closer to little street shops just for safety reasons since is nobody around at all. We surfed right in front of our car where there's a parking spot.

Nang Thong Beach

Park either on the north or south side of the beacon rock to check the wave. Usually one side is working better than the other depending on the swell direction and sand banks. A decent righthander breaks off the south side of the rock on a low tide.
