Salani Left

Awesome barreling lefthander, very fast long barrels, from 2-6 feet+ (maybe bigger if you are insane), over about 150m+, with little time for cutbacks. Very shallow, so only mid and high tide. Lines up better with S-SE swells, rather than the dominant SW, and needs offshore northerly winds, or you can forget it. Trade winds blow it out from March-October unless you are up very early (eg before 9AM).

Coconuts

One of the best surf spots around: An incredibly hollow mechanical right-hander.Thick lipped and fast.Horse shoes around the reef. This day the water was so clear you would get into a trance watching the reef under you.Finding yourself inside is not fun but if it's not to low you can let yourself get pushed in over the reef and into the deeper water on the other side. Then simply paddle back out(If you still have finns and not to many cuts)Booties are a must.

devils island

devils island.mean left hander.hits the front of the island and breaks down the side.throws out a mean lip. had lefts wrapping around it along the colorful coral reef that wrapped enough to be slightly offshore on the inside. The island itself was only about 200 feet from end to end and was covered with dozens of palm trees. Out on the reef, there were three different take-off spots to chose from with the outside one being the bowliest but fastest, a shorter left in the middle, and the inside barrel section, which was the wave of choice for most of the guests.

Lion castro

very hollow, powerful and shallow. This place just throws weather 2ft or 10ft it launches and the water is crystal clear. A great place to take pictures because the boat anchors in the channel and looks strait in to each throwing pit only 50m away.

Tanna - Port Resolution

There are many surf breaks around Port Resolution, from 2 foot fun waves (Canoes) inside the bay to 10 ft point break (Long-Walk Point). All the waves break over shallow coral reefs.

aganoa

Take off behind the peak and pull in...

Right: Short, Hollow, and powerful. Watch out for the pinch section on the end, and the giant brain coral that sticks up!

Left: Super hollow, fast wave that breaks on to the reef... no channel. On a good day it can get super long (100m+).

The water is so clear here that you can be sitting in 10m of water and feel like the reef is right below you. The reef is deeper than it looks!

Aufuga

Ok hollow waves breaking left and right in small swells.

Boulders

This spot can be quite heavy with waves double overhead common (in big south swells only). When its really cranking you can sit 50 metres out from the point. Be careful not to get caught inside as it wraps back in against the point and drags hard.(not really) I have seen many snapped boards and hurt bodies.(japanese) The take off is awesome followed by a massive wall which effortlessly throws over your head.I suggest if there are any others out, just watch at first to get an idea how it breaks.

Tanna - Lenakel

The break is a good left hander. It breaks into deep water around the edge of a very shallow reef. The wave walls, then barrells on some sections before wrapping back into the reef. A fun wave (90m) which is not very long. Quickly gets saturated when the swell go beyond 2m.
