Park on the dirt 'ramp'near the entrance gate. In the summer seasonn (May thru` October) it`s a segregated beach for religious jews (1 day males, 1 day females & so-on). Friday, before the Sabbath & the Sabbath (Saturday)you can surf there. Guys can surf on 'males-only' days & babes can surf on 'females-only' days. The lifeguards are all surfies so this beach is cool to surf at! The beach picks-up on big winter swells, but it`s difficult to paddle to the outside if the waves are knarly (ther`s no channel there!).On good days, when waves are between 1 metre & over on-the-face, you can drop-in 400 metres from the beach & get a good clean-wall ride front & backside until the beach. Occasionaly you`ll get a tube mostly early morning whilst the wind is offshore. The evenings (& the daytime)are good when there`s no wind. This is an ideal beach to teach the teenie-weenies to surf 1st with a boogie & then stand-up.The atmosphere @ this beach is mega-friendly & @ the weekends families come here to chill-out. If the religious guys show a curiosity to your surfing madness talk to him & explain the feelings you get surfing. Encourage him to have-a-go, help him & the positive result will 'warm-yer-soul'! When there`s no surfing waves here it`s usually good here for the gromm`s skimboarding freak-outs!
