Be a very very good paddler because it takes about 30 min. to get out on a 6ft.-12ft. day. When you get there and you look at it, it will seem like it is really small from your place or on the road by the beach. Wait until you get out there it will be a lot different!!! Look out for floating logs they are probably crocs.
The wave can be fast and were powerful the morning I surfed it. Very long, hollow, 4-6ft rights. Some lefts got ridden too, but it was predominantly firing right barrels the morning I was there. Lots of paddling once you're in the water in order to track the waves but there's little to no current.
