Pretty crap now that a scuba diving company owns the beach now. Might have to pay R10 per person to enter beach but still not allowed to use facilities. Might be rejected parking during peak summer months.

eavy rips move along the point and can make it treacherous. But sit on it and be patient because they change with the tides. Either side of low tide seems to be the best condition.This place can deliver rides of more than 1km. On a poor day we surfed 5 waves from the top of the point to the beach and then walked back and did it again...

I spoke to people living there who said there wasn't any waves, but found waves right on our doorstep!
