Note: make sure you ask the cheif of the village if you can surf their ! The locals think surfing & scuba diving are the same thing, so when you ask where the waves are they just send you to diving sites? So you have to do a lot of searching for yourself.
Drive to the west end of Breakas Beach resort, there will be a dirt road on left side of road, just drive right up to the beach, its like 20m long.
